We started the second experience of ArgUs –the first one having taken place in 2016. From the beginning, this project has had  the goal  of providing advanced students in the composition programs at UNLP and GSU the opportunity to generate participate in an exchange with pears from the partner university in the musical production of new musical works. Embracing in this way not only the musical composition as an individual act of writing music but as an experience that involves interacting with performers, other composers, and teachers from other educational institutions –and thus sharing the different issues and approach strategies that arise in this artistic field.

The ArgUs project will have four major stages, where creative aspects related to production, composition, execution, interpretation, direction, and others, will be developed. Each stage will have a teacher feedback and supervision led by project directors and collaborators. Online meetings will provide collective spaces for artistic exchange for each one of the pieces that will be carried out by the students-composers, both at the stage of creation of the miniatures and at the stage of the assembling of each one of the works by the ensembles.
